This circle is held virtually through zoom. A zoom link will be sent to you once you register. If you have any questions or have not received a zoom link, please email hello@brookswellnessllc.com
Each circle opens with a check-in followed by a meditation to bring us together in the present. We then begin sharing, which is encouraged but never required. After sharing is complete we will do a final check-in and close the circle with a poem, reading, or meditation.
Circle Guidelines:
We listen with compassion and curiosity
We are not here to fix anyone
We are non-judgmental and respect where each individual is on their own path
We hold all that is shared in circles confidential
